Nobody finds their calling on an empty stomach. So we do both — the groceries and the becoming. One organization, two arms, one logic. Programming runs for youth ages 12 and up and the adults in their corner.
Material need doesn't wait for a coaching appointment. Three times a year we show up with what's actually needed, in the season it's needed. No application. No means test. No sermon attached.
Back-to-School Drive
AugustBackpacks, supplies, and uniforms for Chicago families. A kid who walks in on day one with the right bag walks in differently. That's not sentiment — ask any teacher.
Food Drive
NovemberShelf-stable groceries through the hardest stretch of the calendar, run in partnership with regional food banks rather than around them.
Azriel's Toy Drive
Opens Nov 15New, unwrapped toys for kids across Chicago — opening every year on Azriel Lloyd's birthday, because that date was always going to mean something. He was sixteen. He'd have been first in line to carry boxes.
Community Table
Year-roundPop-ups, resource nights, and the rooms where people find out this exists. Most of our program participants met us at a folding table first.
Everyone who comes through a drive is invited into the rest. Nobody's pushed. The door is just open, and it stays open. Six programs — the direction, and the paperwork that gets you paid.
Cross-Generation Mentoring
Free · 6-monthWe pair across decades on purpose. The 55-year-old brings judgment the 25-year-old hasn't earned yet. The 25-year-old brings a read on the world the 55-year-old lost track of. Both sides mentor. Both sides get mentored.

Sliding scale from $0The A.L.I.G.N Method run properly — in small cohorts of 6–10, or one-on-one when the situation calls for it. Mixed ages in every cohort. This is the work that changes the direction, not just the résumé.

FreeJob search that isn't just applying into a void. Employer connections, interview preparation, salary conversations, and honest strategy for career changers, the laid-off, and anyone starting over later than they planned.
Get Started →Resume & Presence Clinic
Free · MonthlyA resume should read as a career narrative, not a mirror of the job description. We rebuild yours — plus LinkedIn, and how you walk into the room. Drop-in clinics and one-on-one reviews.
Book a Review →Creator Business Clinic
Free · MonthlyContent creation is a job. Almost nobody teaches the job. We cover rate cards, contract terms, what you're actually signing away, media kits, pitching, licensing, and taxes — so you can find and land your own partnerships without getting taken.
Join a Clinic →Money & Benefits Clinic
Free · MonthlyA raise you can't hold onto isn't a raise. Credit, budgeting, banking access, student loans, benefits you're owed and never claimed, and what to actually do with a 401(k) nobody explained. The 24-year-old and the 58-year-old usually turn out to be asking the same question.
Join a Clinic →Nobody is turned away for inability to pay. Sliding scale means you tell us what's possible — we don't ask for proof, and we don't ask twice. Where a program lists a fee, every dollar of it funds a seat for someone who can't cover one.
On the Creator Clinic — what we don't do. We teach you to find your own brands and negotiate your own deals. We are not an agency. We don't broker partnerships, we don't take a cut, we don't keep a roster, and we don't route anyone to the founder's commercial ventures. The Foundation teaches. What you build with it is yours.
