The Gap

The gap doesn’t check your age

The distance between the life you’re living and the life you were built for shows up at every age.

The distance between the life you're living and the life you were built for shows up at every age. It just learns a new excuse each decade.

22Just started
"I did everything they told me to do. Why does none of it feel like mine?"
34Deep in it
"I'm good at a job I never chose. Walking away costs too much now."
47Mid-flight
"The kids need me stable. So I keep being stable and quietly disappearing."
58Rebuilding
"They laid me off after nineteen years. I don't know how to be new at something."
66Not done
"Everyone calls it retirement. I've still got work in me nobody's asked for."
Nobody ages out of becoming

A.L.I.G.N started as a method for the young. But the people it kept changing were a divorced mother of two, a retired athlete losing his identity, a family in London, a man rebuilding a business at 40. The method never asked anyone's age. Our programs don't either — and the rooms work better when the 24-year-old and the 58-year-old are sitting in the same one.
